ADMISSION
Children are accepted at South Haven from 6 weeks through 4 years of age. Parents interested in enrolling their child at South Haven must tour the facility prior to admission.

Parents must complete all required enrollment forms and provide a copy of their child's birth certificate and immunization record prior to admission. All information obtained on the enrollment forms is confidential. Failure to complete the appropriate forms will result in the termination of enrollment due to state non-compliance. 

DISCHARGE
A two-week written notice must be given before a child is withdrawn from South Haven. If a child is having a hard time adjusting to the new environment, or there are consistent discipline problems, the director may deem it necessary to withdraw the child immediately.

Other reasons for discharge by the director are: failure to pay tuition or fees, failure to submit physical exam records, or failure to observe rules of the daycare  and preschool relating to arrival and departure of a child.
