Frank Gagliano was born on October 22, 1956 in Rockford, Illinois. He was saved at the age of 17 at the Berean Baptist Church in Rockford, Illinois, and was called to preach at age 19.
On April 29, 1978, he married Laurie Rehfeldt, and they moved to Wisconsin to finish college at Maranatha Baptist Bible College where they had already been attending. He graduated in 1980. Frank and Laurie later moved to Allerton, Iowa to the Allerton Baptist Church where he was the pastor for two years. In 1983, he felt called of God to go to the Temple Baptist Church in Lewisville, Texas, where he served as an assistant pastor for three and one-half years.
Pastor Gagliano started the South Haven Baptist Church in 1986 with 156 charter members. Under his leadership, the church grew in the first two years to approximately 400 members. Today, the church membership exceeds well over 1,800. It is obvious that God's hand is upon our pastor as we see our church growing in a remarkable way. Pastor and Laurie have seven children and eight grandchildren. |
